Ember & Field is a fictional neighborhood restaurant inspired by the prairie: generous, elemental, and quietly surprising. Our menu begins with what is growing nearby and ends over the coals.

Farmers, ranchers, millers, and makers shape every plate. The result is food that feels familiar at first, yet entirely its own by the final bite.
